Hampstead Charity Organisation Committee
Gayton Road, Hampstead, N.W.
May 30th, 1888

Dear Sir,

I beg to acknowledge, with many thanks, the receipt of your letter, announcing that the Executive Com. of the Church of England Society for Providing Homes for Waifs and Strays had decided to accept P as a free case. My Comt. are extremely grateful to the Society for their kind action in this matter. Mrs. A has unfortunately been unable to earn sufficient by her needlework to support herself and grandson entirely, and we have been obliged for some months to supplement her earnings. Her grandson being taken off her hands will, however, be a very great assistance to her.
I am

Yours truly
G [?] Bullock sec
