The mother is a most respectable woman. but now in a decline. The father was unknown to us. The mother has given as much information as she could respecting the relation but does not know the address of the Uncle & Aunt at Peckham but if really necessary I could obtain it through a Sister who is now away but I believe once [wrut] or wrote there. The case I am sure is a most deserving one & Mr. G. left. the management of it in my hands. I may observe we are anxious this boy shd go with his brother who is to be provided for by Mr. at the House at [Kendal]. I am yrs. faithfully
