6. Letter from Beccles, Suffolk 8 April 1892

View the Case Summary.

[Bleburgate] Beccles
April 8th 92

Dear Sir,

About Dec. /89 a woman named K gave me I think only a verbal consent to have her child taken care of (a boy named E) while she was manifestly unfit to have charge of him. She has now had a small sum perhaps £20 left her by an Uncle, has furnished a room

Overwritten in black: The child is now with Mr. Pegnall Carleton Rode Attleborough [?]
