Jan. 16, 1911

Dear Sir,

I have just received the enclosed letter concerning F, who has now for nearly four years been in an asylum. Can you suggest some place where the girl can go on her discharge, it will be impossible for me to take her back with my service. I have a large Nursing home & I dare not take the risk of harming her in the House with with people. Perhaps you would kindly think the matter over and help us.
Believe me Sir

Yours Sincerely
(Miss) G. Scott
