Nov. 10th. 1899

Dear Mrs. B.,
re R.

I duly received your letter of the 8th. inst. and wrote to Mrs. C. yesterday, arranging to remove the above girl to-day. A lady member of my staff accordingly went to Waudsworth Common to fetch her, but Mrs. C. refused to let her go. It appears that the latter has written to Miss Hamilton, and does not wish to act until she gets a reply.

Yours faithfully,
(sd) E. de M. R.
