Father says he has been Baptized but he can't say when [Two] registers have been searched in vain mother being in asylum can't well be asked. Clergyman offers to Baptize [protersionally] now.

Mother - in Asylum, both alive but little use for support
Father - Dwarf, both alive but little use for support

Cigarmaker- Pritchard & Burton, Farrington Road off & on for two years. Out of work through slackness for 9 months. Average earnings 16/- or 17/- a week.

10. What was or is the nature of the mother's occupation and the amount of her weekly earnings? Give the name and address of her present or last employer.
Wife was a brush drawer averaging 10/ or 12/- a week till she went to the Asylum. Mr. Bennet Station Road, Camberwell New Rd. S.E.

11. Have the parents or guardians ever received parish relief? If so, to what extent?
Woman now in Parish Asylum. Parish doctor once attended one of the children

12. Give the names, addresses, ages, occupations and earnings (if any) of all the brothers and sisters of the child.
