March 11th 1892

The Lady Supert. w/ above Institution is aware that the Hon. Sec. is in correspondence with the Secretary of the Society for providing Homes for Waifs & Strays but to [?] of time she writes herself to state that F. has received a letter from her mother who evidently does not know that her child is dying. The Lady Superintendent would have written to her but concluded the Secretary of the Home to which the child belongs would have done so. She not feeling herself at liberty to communicate
