17th, December 1904.

Dear Sir,
re G

Arrangements have been made for this lad to return to his mother, Mrs. Cower St., Birkenhead, on Monday next, the 19th instant. May I, therefore, trouble you to kindly see that he is sent to London on the day mentioned under the c/o the guard by the train leaving Slough @ 2.38 due to arrive at Paddington @ 10.3, where he will be met. The lad should be sent clean and tidy and with any clothing he may have belonging to him. I am writing Mrs. Stevenson explaining the reason of the short notice.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Smith
