Dr. Barnardo's Homes: National Incorporated Association

18th December 1907.

Dear Madam,

I am desired by the managers to express their very great regret that they are unable to offer assistance in the case in which you are interested. It has had their patient and careful consideration, but they are reluctantly compelled to say that it is beyond the scope of these institutions.

The managers are extremely sorry to be under the necessity of announcing an unfavourable decision, especially after the trouble you have taken in supplying the details required.

I am, Dear Madam,
Yours faithfully
A Fowler

Miss F. Williams,
Sheering Rectory
Harlow
Essex
