C/V/D 10th January, 1908

Dear Mrs Bridge,

Re J

You will be sorry to hear that the effort to obtain this boy's admission into one of Doctor Barnardo's Homes has not been successful. In these circumstances, I shall be glad to have a further report of the lad, and to have your opinion as to whether he will ever be capable of earning his own livelihood, and, if so, for what occupation he is best fitted.

Awaiting your reply,

Yours sincerely,
E. de M. Rudolf
