I am sorry to be obliged to trouble you, but referring to my letter of 13th October last, will you please let me know what has been arrange with regard to the above lad. You will remember that his employer seemed to think that he could no longer keep him, in view of the fact that he is so incapable, and I suggested that he should either be handed over to his sister, or sent to the Guardians. I shall be glad to know if any such arrangement has been made, so that the case may then be taken off our books.
