Case 6380

1. Application to Waifs and Strays' Society 3 March 1898

View the Case Summary.

[?] Terrace,
Liverpool
Mch. 3 98

Mrs. -- has no help from the parish, or, so far as I can ascertain, from any source other than the slender profits of a small shop. I never knew the husband; the children have attended my school. I believe Mrs. -- would be willing to leave the children in the hands of the W.S.S. until they are able to earn their own living; she would prefer to have them located near her, & to be allowed to see them & correspond with them.
