The Parents of this boy were respectable hard working people, the mother was left with several children in 1894 with the assistance she obtained from Guardians she got her living as a Charwoman until her health broke down when she was compelled to enter the workhouse After a few weeks the boy was boarded out & is so at the present time the foster parents being an elderly person does not feel able to look after him. The guardians considered rather than change him into another home at his age it would be best to get him unto a training home
