Dear Miss Cheston,

re E.

I shall be glad if you will kindly anser the enclosed letter, as you are in a better position to state as to how far the above girl is capable of walking.

I am afraid that the Society has no means of arranging for E's apprenticeship, and it would be well, therefore, for those interested to try and arrange matters, if possible. I observe that the parents are now anxious to have the child home, and she herself would like to be with them.
