18th. January, 1910.

Dear Madam,

re E.

With reference to our previous correspondence, I have been in communication with Prebendary P. respecting the case of the above girl, and I understand from him that the Campden Trustees may perhaps be willing to assist in apprenticing her, if application is made to them in proper form.

It will of course in the first instance be necessary to secure a suitable opening for her, and ascertain terms, etc, so that perhaps you will be good enough to go into the matter with the parents, and let me hear from you further in due course. I gather from the authorities of our Home at Pyrford that E. is capable of walking a mile twice a day, so that if it would not be absolutely necessary for her to be an indoor apprentice.

Yours very truly,
E. de M. RUDOLF.
Miss B.
