14th. November. 11.

Rev. & Dear Sir,

re E.

I have the pleasure to inform you that your application on behalf of the above girl was submitted to the Cripples' Committee yesterday when it was decided to accept her subject to the Medical Officer's approval. and that a payment of 5/- a week can be paid and guaranteed towards her support whilst under the Society's care. On hearing from you that this payment can be guaranteed by some responsible person, other than a relative, I will gladly proceed in the matter.

I may mention that each crippled child costs the Society on the average £35 per annum, so that 5/- is merely a nominal sum.

Yours faithfully,
(sgd) E. de M. R.

The Rev. S.
