C/V.

Dear Sir,
Re H
I am in receipt of your letter of the 29th, ulto., the contents of which have been duly noted. I have no objection to your proposals being carried out, and shall be glad if you will communicate with C.M. Powell Esqr., Eastfield, Caverhsam, near Reading, and this gentleman will doubtless give instructions for the lad to be returned to your care, in due course. Please let me know when the boy leaves the Home, so that the necessary entries may be made in our books.
Yours faithfully
[?]

Mr. A

Overwritten in pencil: copy, wr. Mr. Powell
