Industrial schools Acts Amendment Act, 1894.
57 & 58 Vic. cap. 33.

Whereas M. a child who at the passing of the above Act, on the 17th August, 1894, was detained in Hemel Hempstead Industrial School, has consented in writing to come under the provisions of the said Act, and whereas I am satisfied that the consent was given voluntarily and with full knowledge of its effect: I hereby, in pursuance of the power conferred on my by Section 3 of the said Act, order that the provisions of the said Act shall apply to the said child.
