Dear Sir,

In reply to your letter of yesterday's date, I beg to state that although the Society's S. Martin's Home at Surbiton, is not certified under the L.G.B., Boards of Guardians have the legal power to contribute towards the support of children requiring special medical care and attention in Homes which are not certified. At the present time payment is already being made for some of the inmates by various Boards of Guardians, and, as already stated, they can legally contribute for the support of children who require special attention.

Should you desire any further information please do not hesitate to let me know.

Yours very truly,
E de M Rudolf

O. Sheppard Esq,
