(COPY)

24th. November, 1909.

Dear Sir,
re A.

You will doubtless remember that in August 1907, your Board decided to continue their payment of 4/- weekly towards this boy's support for a further period of two years, that he might be taught a trade. I am enclosing a copy of a report I have just received, and am giving overleaf an extract from a letter received from the Master of the Home, from which you will observe that the lad, although very slow, is making progress in his work. It is however, clear that the lad will not be able to take a situation yet and I am anxious to know if in these circumstances your Board will continue the payment for a further period, say six months, or until such time as we are able to place him out.

Awaiting your reply,
Yours faithfully,
(sgd.) E. de M. RUDOLF

The Clerk
Devizes Bd of Govs.
