I have pleasure in enclosing a letter received from the Master of the Islington Home with regard to the above named. I also enclose a Medical Certificate, which, although not given in therefore I indicated as necessary, shows, I think, that there is nothing beyond the lad's lameness to prevent him securing situation.

I shall be glad if you will kindly submit the papers to your Board, and favour me with their decision in due course.
