London, N. March 14 1911.

Revd E de M Rudolf
D Sir
re A.

I have this morning received a letter from Miss Peter of Bo^d mey ric Holsworthy & among other things regarding A. she states she is writing you regarding a cork leg for the lad. He is at present provided with a bucket leg and this in my opinion should suffice for a few years. Miss Peter appears to be very kind to the lad & I should not care to do anything to lessen this kindly interest but I think it is rather too soon after the purchase of the leg he is now using to provide a cork leg for him. Miss P. wrote me about this matter a short time since & I advised her to write direct to H.O.

Yours faithfully
J.G. Stevens
