Surrey April 1st, 1899 Dear Mr. Rudolf We are having a rather alarming amount of Scarlet Fever, tho it is a mild kind. There are 25 up to the present & in all since the 20th March. Two are at Ottershaw Twenty in our own Isolation Room & three in our upstairs ward. I have a special Overwritten in pencil: ack. 5.4.99
