S is one of five children, her Father is of low character, & drinks, the mother takes no care of the children, goes out washing & leaves them alone. S for the last two years or more has lived with her grandmother, who resides within a few doors of her parents, the grandmother has led an evil life, the house is one of ill fame, two unmarried daughters living at home & leading immoral lives, the one aged 17 tried to starve her baby to death, there is also a boy at home aged about 21. Who is a very bad character & lives on his mother. All the relations have a bad name, on both sides. This particular house is considered one of the worst in Musthall
