Case 4215

6. Letter from Miss Butler, St Saviour's Home 10 June 1896

View the Case Summary.

should not mix with innocent ones. Would it be possible to send her safely to her own Hull [Penitutiary]? where she would be near her mother if she could not be kept. I fear not, as there is a great source of danger in the elder brother who wronged her & threatened to follow her here. He is not I think in Hull now. but might be at any time.

Perhaps you will kindly tell me what you decide. I am willing to pay for her 3 weeks more if necessary. that is 6 weeks altogether. which give time, and if you do not wish to take up the case, will try if anything can be formed.

Believe me with kind regards
Yours sincerely
Mary Butler
