Dear Mr. Rudolf

The letters from and about the are always coming, and I have found it difficult to know what to do.

Mr. C, G. Foster mother, found it best not to mention "home" much to the child at first, as she fretted, for the restraint of a regular life, rather make her wish for the freedom and life in the streets she'd been accustomed to.
