I have known the family for 2 1/2 years. Mrs who is a widow, is addicted to drink, & the example & influences of the home cannot but be very harmful to the children. A the applicant is a very good and regular girl at Sunday School & I believe might turn out well if given a fair chance. Naturally the home is very poor and wretched.
