Case 600120. Copy letter to Miss Williams from the Darenth Asylum 30 December 1907View the Case Summary.
DARENTH ASYLUM Dartford Dear Madam, In reply to your letter of the 23rd instant, I have to inform you that the asylum is for pauper patients chargeable to the Unions or Parishes within the Metropolitan Poor Law area. In order to gain admission for a patient, application should be made in the first instance to the Clerk to the Guardians of the Union or Parish to which the patient is chargeable into Tooting Bec Asylum, with a request that he afterwards be transferred to Darenth. Yours faithfully Miss F.S. Williams.
