Dear Sir,

The dates are quite correct and the lad is here now. I have been wishing to bring his care before you. He is getting on for 19 years of age, but there is not the faintest hope of his ever being put out to service. I see no signs of improvement in him and I have known him for several years. He is an imbecile.
