The Convent of S. John Baptist
Clewer
Windsor
August 8th. 1941.

Dear Miss Phillips,

I am so sorry not to be able to help you with Miss --, but all our homes are full and really over-full.

You might try G. Haynes, Esq, Secretary National Council of Social Service, 26 Bedford Square, London, W.C.1 "Old People Welfare Committee". That has become a central office for dealing with Homes for old people - there is such a crying need now; and Mr. Haynes has been collecting addresses. Apart from this I can only suggest a search in the Charities Digest.

Yours very sincerely,
Sr. S.M.
for the Rev. Mother General, C.S.J.B.
