In reply to your letter of yesterday's date respecting the three girls proposed for admission to your Home for Waifs & Strays, I beg to inform you, that I duly submitted some th the School Visiting Committee at their meeting to-day; and asking on their instruction under Medical certificate as to the Mental Condition of these Children. Relative to the Educational Standard of these girls - the two first names are in the 4th and the last name is in the 3rd standard which
