I have a most deserving case in which I am much interested and finding you are Secretary to Mr. Birkenhead Branch of the Waifs & Strays I venture to ask you to help me. I want to get 2 children into Homes, one a boy of 10 the other a girl of 8. The father has lately been paralysed.
