I have to thank you for your letter from which I note that you can take this boy, provided he is of good character. I am, therefore, arranging for the lad to be sent to Wingfield House on Tuesday next about 1.30 p.m, but of course if Mrs. Brooking cannot report well of the lad he will not come.

I note you still have vacancies for two more boys and hope before long to be able to send you particulars of two suitable cases. The case of the boy coming from the West of England has been withdrawn; I am sorry I omitted to let you know this sooner.
