Dear Sir,

J aged 12 years
I beg to thank you for your telegram as to admission of a boy. He is an orphan & at present is boarded out from the Chertsey Union with foster parents at Weybridge the Guardian's are anxious to get him into a Home & I shall be glad to hear from you as to cost of maintenance. I might say that the boy has been medically examined re-vaccinated & accepted by the Farm School Home at Bisley near her but this Home is not certified by the local government Board & they gave preference to the one that are
