Dear Mr. Rudolf
It is quite impossible to admit this child M to St. Oswald's Home, we haven't a vacant bed, little [?] from Gosforth is waiting to be admitted if the Paddington Guardians allow [?] to be adopted, and I don't know when there will be another vacancy.
