Allow me to direct your attention to the enclosed corespondence re the above named boy. I shall be glad if you will let me have the Medical certificate asked for, and a full report of the case from your self, as early as possible. I must ask you to be careful to return all the correspondence, but I thought you should see all that has gone before. My clerk tells me that he mentioned to you a short time ago that he anticipated the Guardians would raise a question on the case, and it was on the information then given that my letter of the 28th October last, was based.
