Dear Sir,

At last after much difficulty & delay I forward to you 2 papers re this child. Only one doctor has signed 2 papers, because only one looked after The case at 2 hospitals. If this is not right & you want another one to sign, we must bring the boy to be examined by another one. But as that cld mean expense, I thought I would refer to
