Thank you very much for your letter of Dec. 8th with the doctor's report. My Committee considered L's case yesterday and recommended her for admission to Miss Bartholomew's Home at Clapton. The charge there is 10/- per week. I enclose a payment form & if you can return it to me signed, I will ask Miss Bartholomew to place L's name on her waiting list.
