Maryland Home, Sproughton

Maryland Home was opened at Burstall Lane, Sproughton, near Ipswich by Lord Woodbridge in 1948 after he had donated the building to the Society earlier that year. The Bishop of Edmundsbury led the dedication service for the Home which was opened as a 'small branch of boys and girls'.

There is no other information available about this Home until 1959 when the building was sold and the Home closed.
