Dear Sir

I enclose receipt for the £2.5-6-. I was very much surprised quite lately to learn that Sarah Peglar, foster mother of E after 31 years of widowhood was going to marry again & live at some miles distance from Lacock - She would have much liked to have taken the child with her, but that for several reasons could not be sanctioned
