Dear Sir,
re F

I am sorry to learn from your letter of yesterday's date of the sad condition of the above poor girl, but I was afraid, from what I had heard, that she was insane. I have pleasure in sending your list of questions, duly answered, together with a copy of the girl's casepaper, which you may find useful. I am not aware of the present address of the father, if indeed he is still alive.

Will you kindly, at your convenience, let me know to which Asylum the girl is sent, so that the necessary entries may be made in our books?

Yours faithfully
Signature
The Clerk to the Guardians,
Havant Union
