I am sorry to say another little Waif is washed up & it is such a piteous case as you will read I enclosed what I can [?] hope you may see your way to help us. The case was found & brought to our notice by the Scripture Reader Mr. Mason & he feels it to be a very urgent one. No mother, father a drunkard & a scamp drifter from one public lodging
