In reply to yours of Aug. 26 I find -- being a tramp, belonging if anywhere to London not here. that the Magistrate would certainly not commit his daughter that can [only] be done with local cases & they must then be sent to a Kent Home. I have ascertained this from our leading Magistrate so that is quite out of the question & it only remains
