Dear Sir

Sorry to trouble you. I wonder if you know of any ladies who are in want of an under housemaid as I am thinking of taking a place as that. I should be very grateful to you if you could recommend me to anybody on Saturday I went to see my hand doctor about my ears as they have been so painful lately he examined my ears & told me I had abscess forming he advised me to syringe them with lotion & told me I ought to go away in the country for six months, I find the Laundry work too heavy for me. I have been in my present situation 8 months the 9th of Jan. of course I should like to stop a twelve month but I am afraid my health won't let me.
Awaiting your reply
I remain

Your's truly
F
