Dear Mr. Rudolf,

I append the following extract from a letter received from the Revd. E.H. Leale, of St. Stephen's Vicarage, Bexhill-on-Sea:-
"Please remember me kindly to Mr. Rudolf. I used to know his father well when I was with Canon Potter many years ago at Upper Tooting."
Mr. Leale has written to ask whether we can take the 6 1/2 years old boy of one of our "old girls" F, who, with the exception of the one lapse, has been most satisfactory from all accounts, and both Mr. and Mrs. Leale have the highest opinion of her. I have written to say that we will most certainly do our best to meet his wishes.
