Case 48511. Copy letter to H. from Revd Edward Rudolf replying to his enquiries 2 March 1900View the Case Summary.
Copy. My dear , I was pleased to receive your letter and to hear how well you are getting on in your situation. I am exceedingly sorry that I am unable to give you any information as regards your relatives, as both your father and mother were lost sight of very soon after you were received under the Society's care in 1885. I hope, however, that you will always look on me as being your friend, and I shall at all times be most pleased to do what I can for you. Believe me, Mr. H.
